I exercise pretty much everyday..

whether it is a 45 minute work out with my trainer Esther (EH Active), a pilates reformer class or a boxing session with Transpose Fitness. As many of you may know, when you exercise, your body releases chemicals called endorphins, much like after sex ;). These endorphins interact with the receptors in your brain that reduce your perception of pain. Endorphins also bring about feelings of euphoria and a general wellbeing. I know after exercising, I feel great and I am not tempted to eat bad foods.

I will be sharing with you what exercises I love and what works for me. As everybody is different, for me personally my fitness goal is to stay lean, toned and strong.
